Hovis and I had a lovely long walk on the cliffs this morning and I took a lot of photos so thought a a blog would be a good idea.
We started out by the ruined mill in Trefin.
Then walked up on to the cliffs . This is looking back down on Trefin bay.
The cliff flowers are blooming now , though it's still too early for the big daisies and foxgloves .
Lots of seapinks /thrift and anemones .
This signpost isn't a lot of help for anyone looking for directions as its so old and faded !
The Irish sea was very calm with a slight mist on the horizon.
At one stage the path went through a field of Oil Seed Rape
We turned round here and headed back .
Hovis posing on the way back
This pony was too near the cliff edge for my peace of mind !
Last view of the bay before we got back to Trefin.
Then we drove home for lunch!
