Hm. Blocking them in general doesn't do the job? Did you try that yet?

I got one of those ads too! I posted to the help forum ... seems to have posted alright ...

if you go to your Dashboard, click on My Crowd, and under that is a button labelled Blocked Users ... click that and you can enter the username of anyone you wish to block.

try blocking them:
control panel->settings->blocked users and enter their username into the box

alternatively, try sending a message to lexidiem with a screen cap or link to the spam and he can get panasonicyouth to delete their account

Just make it so only you friends can comnent on your posts.

Then drop panasonicyouth a note with the users name that is giving you problems. The person will be deleted quickly. I just dropped a note to Mark with a link to that person.

It's 03:30 am PT so it might take awhile, but Mark normally checks his account in the morning so it should be sorted then

Oh I didn't realise that's what you meant in the help forum. I just thought it was on the actual video.
